Another Fallen Star of Burma, Daw Ah Mar

ဒုတိဃ ၾကယိတပြငိ႔ေၾကြေဎျပီ။

လြန္ခဲ႕ေသာႏွစ္ေပါင္း၃၀ေက်ာ္၄၀နီးဎါးက ဦးေလးလွ လူထုဦးလွ ကြယ္လြန္ခဲ႔ တဲ႕ ေန႔ကလဲ ၾကယိတပြငိ႔ေၾကြေလျပီ ဟုမွတ္ယူမိခဲ႕ ပါသၫ္။ လူထုဦးလွ သၫ္ ျဝၫ္သူ ျဝၫ္သားမ်ား ကိုအလြန္ခၽစ္ေသာ လူထု ကို တိုးတကိ ခၽမ္းသာ ျကီးပြားေစ လိုေသာ ေစတနာ ႐ွင္ ဎုဂၢိလ္ ၾကီးျဖစ္ ပါသၫ္။

ဃေန႔နံက္မႇာ မမ မာ လူထု ေဒၚအ မာ ကြယ္လြန္ ၿပီလို႔ ၾကားလိုက္ရ သၫ္။ ရင္တြငိးမွာ လႈပ္႐ွားစြာ ႏွငိ႔ ဒုတိဃ ၾကယိတပြငိ႔ေၾကြေလျပီ ဟုခံစားရပါသၫ္။ မမမာကို ကၽၶန္မ အလြန္ေလးစါး ခ်စ္ခင္ပါသၫ္။

ဦးေလးလွ ႏွင္႔ မမ မာ ေရးခဲ႔ေသာ စာ ေပမ်ားသၫ္ တိုင္းသူျပၫ္သား မၽားခၤစားေနရသၫ္မၽားကို ပၫာ႐ႈိမၽား ပီပီ လိမ္မာပါးနဎ္ သိမ္ ေမြ႕စြာ လူ႕အခြင္႕အေရး အျပၫ္႕အ၀ရရန္ ၫီၫာစြာႏွင္႕ ကၽိဳးစား အားထုပ္ၾကရန္ မၿပတ္ တိုက္တြန္းခဲ႔သၫ္။ ေလာကၾကီးကို မၽက္ကြယ္ ၿပဳ ေသာ္လဲ ခၽန္ထားခဲ႕ ေသာစါေပ ေတြ၏ တိုက္တြန္းေစ႕ ေဆာ္ ဦးေဆာင္မႈေတြက မ ေသပါ၊ ခ်စ္ေသာလူထု ၏ ိစိတ္ထဲဝယ္ ထာဝရ႐ႇိ ေနၾကမၫ္မွာ အမွန္ တရား ျဖစ္ ပါသၫ္။

This blogger received a letter written by a respectable Burmese lady who knows Daw Ah Mar and her late husband Ludu U Hla very well.

Unfortunately, wordpress seems to be doing, upgrading job and Zawgyi font is again un readbale in Burmese. However with due respect to Amay Daw Ah Mar and the lady who wrote a letter with tears, this blogger has decided to post her letter in Burmese.

Amay Daw Ah Mar has passed away this morning in Mandalay, and the letter written with tears says “another fallen star of Burma, Daw Ahmar”. She continued about late Ludu U Hla, husband of Daw Ah Mar as an unsung hero, and the day he passed away more than 30 years ago as a day that a star of Burma falls.

She continued in her letter ” both U Hla and Daw Ah Mar, being intellects, produced books several articles, journals, and news that indirectly saying Burmese people to be united against the dictators of Burma.

She continued saying ” You have left your work to keep Burmese to be united to reclaim the freedom, and dignity, and rights that has been robbed away by Military Junta”.

May Daw Ah Mar soul rests in peace.
